For pre-purchase and conditions inspections:
We thoroughly inspect the exterior envelope as well as the interior of the dwelling. We report on the condition, operation and weathertightness to all aspects of a dwelling, our reports also include the site (fences, retaining walls, drainage, driveways). The building survey is structural and will include any maintenance items identified and appropriate recommendations. All our inspections are carried out in accordance to the New Zealand Standard – Residential Property Inspection NSZ 4306:2005 and will answer all your questions on the integrity of the property. We provide a full narrative report rich with descriptive photographs so that anyone can comprehensively understand the content of the report and condition of the property. We are also available to explain and discuss any issues or concerns you may have regarding a report’s findings.
